The length of the claim’s evaluation will depend upon the type of claim filed. All claims are evaluated through a process which includes contact with the Claimant and the applicable St. Louis County Department involved. Evaluation of witness statements, scene investigations, police reports, and the review of relevant documents and records requires time and attention.
